The West Marin Citizen: The Community Response and Ongoing Coverage of the Oystergate Video
In early February 2010, Nicole Adams, a videographer and self-described “social media expert” posted a video, “The Oystergate Scandal,” advocating for the Drakes Bay Oyster Farm point of view. The West Marin Citizen queried people on both sides of the issue regarding the video’s tone, language, rhetorical devices, imagery and production techniques.
